The Knowledge &Information Centre provides 2 special rooms for all users

 i. Video Conferencing

Video conferencing uses telecommunications of audio and video to bring people at different sites together for a meeting. Users can share files and data, so that it is easy to hold presentations and review documents. The room is also equipped with LCD projector, viewing screen and Internet access. It can accommodate up to 15 seats at one time, and is appropriate for functions like workshop, seminar, meeting and briefing & video show.


ii. Training Gallery Room

A special room provided to staffs for small group discussion, group viewing, or small-group demonstration. This room is accommodates 8 seating to users at one time. This room is also equipped with training gallery reading materials which consists books on leadership skills & management skills/coaching. Users are responsible for room arrangement, setup, and cleanup.
